1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with Natively, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase β no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to the first paid subscription on your account. To request a refund, simply contact us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] and include:
- The email address associated with your Natively account
- The approximate date of your purchase
- The reason for your request (optional, but it helps us improve)
We aim to respond to every refund request within 2 business days.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
- You keep access to all paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancellation on its own does not trigger a refund. If you are within the 14-day money-back window and want your money back, request a refund as described above.
4. Free Trials
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the first charge.
5. Renewals and Recurring Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically so your service is not interrupted. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to your initial purchase — renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your renewal date; cancelling stops all future charges while keeping your access until the end of the current period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Purchases Through the Apple App Store and Google Play
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases are managed by Apple or Google, and refunds are subject to their policies. We are not able to process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases directly. Please request a refund through the platform you purchased from:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play subscriptions
You also manage cancellation of these subscriptions through the respective platform's account settings.
7. Exceptions
The 14-day money-back guarantee is available once per customer, and we may identify a customer by payment method as well as by account. We reserve the right to decline refund requests we believe are abusive — including repeated refunds, or the use of multiple or new accounts to obtain repeated refunds — as well as requests linked to fraud or violations of our Terms of Service. Abusing this policy, or initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first, may result in suspension of your account and ineligibility for future purchases. Refunds are not provided for unused features or credits outside the situations described above.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5β10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and will apply to purchases made after the change.
